Biography
Angela Uliana-Murphy is an attorney who focuses exclusively on special education law. She graduated from Muhlenberg College and the Dickinson School of Law and has been practicing law for thirty-five years. For the past twenty-five years, Angela has dedicated her practice to helping children with disabilities and their families secure appropriate educational services from their school districts. She practices law with her husband, Jim.
Angela is a long time advocate for children with special needs and their families. She believes in empowering families to advocate for their children. Angela provides trainings and conferences to help parents navigate the special education process. If your group is interested in an information session, please contact her. She routinely attends conferences on special education issues and has significant experience in cases involving children with autism spectrum disorder.
As a mother of three, Angela has personally experienced the special education process with her own children. Angela understands the process of the parent's perspective. She believes passionately in the rights of children to receive the services they need to allow them to grow and experience success in school and in life.
