Angela J. Uliana-Murphy

Angela Uliana-Murphy is an attorney who focuses exclusively on special education law. She graduated from Muhlenberg College and the Dickinson School of Law and has been practicing law for thirty-five years. For the past twenty-five years, Angela has dedicated her practice to helping children with disabilities and their families secure appropriate educational services from their school districts. She practices law with her husband, Jim.

Angela is a long time advocate for children with special needs and their families. She believes in empowering families to advocate for their children.
