Angela J. Uliana-Murphy

Angela Uliana-Murphy is an attorney who solely focuses on Special Education Law. Angela graduated from Muhlenberg College and the Dickinson School of Law and has been practicing law for thirty-five years. Angela has dedicated the past twenty-five years to helping children with disabilities and their families secure educational services from their school district. Angela practices law with her husband Jim, and daughter Savannah.

Angela is a long time advocate for children with special needs and their families. She believes in empowering families to advocate for their children. As a mother of three, Angela has personally experienced the special education process with her own children. Angela understands the process of the parent's perspective.
